Ruth Ann Prude, Director of the Child Development Center

Ruth Ann has been a member at Skillman all of her life. She has a loving heart for children and spearheaded the effort to create a preschool program at Skillman. She began the Child Development Center as a one-day-a-week Parent's Day Out program in 1994. But as attendance and staffing grew, Ruth Ann expanded it to a fully accredited preschool.

Ruth Ann has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SMU and is certified by the State of Texas as a licensed child care facility director. Prior to beginning the Skillman Child Development Center she worked ten years as the manager for actuarial services at Southwestern Life Insurance Company.
